Even
if the initial role of EDEYA was the claim through
the union of solutions to the long - standing
troubles of DEYAs, through time EDEYA undertook a technocratical
role.
Also
the activities of
EDEYA focus in two axis:

The first
refers to the representation
of DEYAs, the coordination of
their activities and the promotion of
their claims to the government, regarding
issues of Water Supply and Sewerage
2.
The second refers to
the provision of information and support to
DEYAs in order to improve their operation
and consequently the services that they offer
to their customers
